Our policy is effective for 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please inspect items at the time they are received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging (Products transferred to different containers/wrapping will not be accepted.)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and flowers or paper goods such as newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate in nature, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

In order to be eligible for a return of apparel the item must be unworn and/or defective in some way. If the item does not fit, an exchange will be issued for the correct fit. Due to COVID-19, and for safety and sanitary reasons, items worn will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any face masks, glasses, goggles purchased are not eligible for return. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank as the refund could be pending.
Alternatively, you may want to contact your credit card company if not your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted in cases of credit card purchases.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If package arrives broken or leaking, or if seal is broken and there are visible signs of tampering do not use and contact us. In the event you need to exchange an item for the same item or other items of equal or lesser value, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and start a claim. Once reviewed and approved a return label will be sent to you.

**Because we use organic plant-based ingredients our product has a definite shelf life. We recommend you use your products within 90 days of opening for best results. Keeping in mind our return policy only lasts 30 days. (Most of our products’ volume is designed to be used monthly. In cases where the volume is higher in the event of qualifying event for exchange special exceptions may be made)
